Dear Resident Association/Environmental Group,

I am carrying out an audit of planters in the North Central Area and plan to remove planters that are not being maintained and relocate them in areas that are on my waiting list and are eager to get their hands on one. I will also be removing and disposing of broken/damaged planters and would appreciate if you could let me know if there are any in your area.  

Note: DCC gives planters to groups on application free of charge but we expect them to be maintained into the future by the relevant groups. Maintenance includes cleaning, painting and planting.
